I mean, that stuff would get you in trouble on YT as well, as soon as somebody reports it...

i usually say on the beggining of the vid that i do not have any rights on the music that i use and that i only use it since i dont make money or plan to make money off the series with their music, but thank you for the advice
How to put this...? The music 'industry', in its current form, can go die in a ditch for all I care.
But just saying "I don't have the rights to use this" and then using it anyway... I mean it 'is' honest 'in a way', but legally speaking it is about as helpful as writing "all characters are 18 or older" on an animation where the characters are 'clearly' underage. I do not think why anybody would assume that those kinds of 'disclaimers' would help their case.
Sorry I went on a bit on a tangent there. Stuff happened over here. What I originally also wanted to say but apparently forgot: Couldn't you publish your videos here without using the Team Fortress OST? In case you don't want to go with the sound of silence, there's link lists for free audio material you could use here on NG* and elsewhere.
Well man i totally agree with you on everything you said if I'll be honest, I'll check out the the link u sent and thanks
